Melbourne Cup Cruise Promotion

Commencing 1st May 2026 patrons will be able to enter for a chance to win a cruise on Carnival for 2 people to also attend the Melbourne Cup 2026.
 
Two way to gain entry 
 

• Spend $10.00 over the bar and gain one ticket per transaction
• Spend $30.00  in the Restaurant and gain one ticket per transaction

 
Each week commencing on the 20th May at 7pm the club will draw two winning entrants out who have to be at the final to claim their GOLDEN TICKET INTO THE MAJOR DRAW.
 
Each golden ticket winner will receive $100.00 in Golfy Dollars to be spent at the Club over the Bar, In the PRO Shop or Restaurant or at Toukley Car Park Butcher.
 
Draw will continue until 2 winners are drawn out. You can only win once per night.
 
This will take place on the following nights at 7pm.
 
20th May 27th May 3rd June 10th June 17th June
 
24th June 1st July 8th July 15th July 22nd July 
 
At each draw the winning members will be given four minutes to claim their prize and will be announced via the clubs PA system. 
 
This will provide 20 Golden Ticket entries into the Draw for the Melbourne Cup Cruise.
 
These 20 entrants will be a chance to win the Melbourne Cup Cruise
 
On the Final draw on the 29th July another 4 entries will be drawn for the Cruise and will win the $100.00 Golfy Vouchers and a Ticket into the Melbourne Cup Cruise Draw
 
Once we have all 24 entries into the Golden Ticket draw, we will draw one ticket out at a time and that Patron will come and select one of the 24 boxes on the screen and will try and select the Cruise Prize to Win the Cruise.
 
This will continue to be drawn on this night until the cruise is draw.
 
The Duty Manger or CEO decision will be final 

 

6 Day Melbourne Cup Cruise

1. This promotion is open to all financial members of Toukley Golf Club approved by the Board of Directors.
2. However the following persons are ineligible to participate in the promotion 

• Staff of the Toukley Golf Club and their partners
• Directors of the Toukley Golf Club and their partners
• Provisional members of the Toukley Golf Club that have not received Board of Directors approval.

1. The promotion commences on the 1st May2026  at 10am and will cease at 6:45 pm on Wednesday the 29th July 2026.
2. Entry into this promotion may be gained by spending $10.00 or more in a single transaction at the Main bar, or $30.00 in one transaction in the restaurant. One Ticket per transaction.
3. There will be one winner of the Melbourne Cup cruise and they will be selected out of the 24 starters in the final draw on Wednesday the 29th July commencing at approximately 7;30pm.
4. The winner will be the selected member that selects the box out of the 24 on display that reveals the cruise prize. The draw will continue until the cruise has been won.
5. The Prize of the 6 night Melbourne Cup Cruise is

• Carnival Splendour
• Travel dates 1.11.2026-7.11.2026
• 2 Adults Twin room Interior

1. Prize Value $3,622
2. Prize does not include transfers to and from Sydney terminal 
3. Prize does not include beverage packages
4. If dates require amendment, all costs associated with amendments will be the responsibility of the prize winner
5. The Barrell will be emptied at the completion of the draw after the 29th July 2026
6. The winning member must be present at the club ad will be given four minutes to claim their prize.
7. Winner will be notified by the clubs PA system
8. Rules will be displayed on the barrell and available on request
9. In any events of a dispute the Duty Manager or CEO decision is final.
